Return & Refund
At Brewly, we take great pride in the quality of our professional brewing and bar tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent return process for all our customers.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging, including all inserts and accessories.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons (given the nature of beverage preparation tools), the following items cannot be returned:

Items that show signs of use (coffee stains, milk residue, etc.).

Custom-ordered or personalized products.
-
Gift cards.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at info@brewly.us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the return shipping address.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, Brewly will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Customer Remorse: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at info@brewly.us.
