Thank you for shopping at Brewly. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

You will need to provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, or personalized/custom-made items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
3. Return Process
To start a return, you must contact our support team first at info@brewly.us.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Cost

For Defective/Damaged Items or Wrong Products Sent: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, damaged package), Brewly will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email.

For Customer Remorse (Change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.): If you want to return an item due to personal preferences, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Return Address
All returns must be shipped to our designated fulfillment/return facility. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

6. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 - 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to post the refund to your account.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@brewly.us for assistance.
