Many of our premium brewing tools are crafted from glass, ceramic, or crystal. To ensure these items arrive in perfect condition, we apply specialized handling procedures.

• Fragile Handling Surcharge: Due to the extra protective materials and labor required to secure delicate items, a Fragile Handling Fee of $4.95 (per fragile item or per order, depending on package size) will be applied at checkout. This fee covers:

  • Double-walled corrugated shipping boxes.

  • Premium shock-absorbent padding (bubble wrap, air pillows, or eco-friendly inserts).

  • "Fragile / Handle with Care" high-visibility labeling.

• Shipping Insurance: For all fragile orders, Brewly includes complimentary shipping insurance. If your item arrives shattered or cracked despite our best efforts, we will prioritize a free replacement for you.

• Inspection & Claims: * Customers must inspect fragile items and report any breakage within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging to initiate a claim.
