Are Brewly products made from food-grade materials? Yes, all our products, including the Boston shakers, milk pitchers, and kettles, are crafted from high-quality, food-grade 304 stainless steel or borosilicate glass. We ensure our tools are safe for everyday use and resistant to rust and corrosion.

How do I adjust the grind size on my Brewly manual coffee grinder? Our manual grinders, such as the Modern and Classic models, feature an adjustable ceramic or stainless steel burr. To change the grind size, simply remove the handle and turn the adjustment nut clockwise for a finer grind (Espresso) or counter-clockwise for a coarser grind (French Press).

Can I use the Brewly gooseneck kettles on an induction stovetop? Most of our stainless steel kettles, including the Retro Yellow and Matte Black models, are compatible with gas, electric, and most induction stovetops. However, we recommend checking the specific product details for the Vintage Copper model as it may perform best on gas or electric surfaces.

How much does shipping cost? We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. If you need your items faster, we also offer Expedited Shipping starting at $4.99, depending on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order? After an order handling time of 1–3 business days, standard shipping typically takes 5 to 8 business days. Expedited shipping usually arrives within 2 to 4 business days.

What is the order cut-off time? Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
